Reebok, what a name to remember, worn by rock stars and actresses, the company was Founded by Joe and Jeff Foster in 1958 as a company making running shoes. By 1989 Reebok was the shoe of the world to be seen in.Then in 2018 Reebok brought in a young man, who knows no bounds, Tyrone Brennand, who has been working and going forward with the brand by working on fitness and sports propositions.

They will get such inspiration from the inimitable Tyrone Brennand who after turning his life around, became an author and the founder of a personal and leading training company, where his journey into the fitness industries, his determination, amazing hard work, entrepreneurial mindset, is truly inspirational.

And what a challenge, that will focus on up-skilling impoverished communities, and individuals with helping them by going forward into the fitness industry as business owners.

He has selected his first mentees in mid April with a series of workshops that will run until the 25th of November. Taking part in the programme, Tyrone has picked a group of 5 individuals from across the UK that are enthusiastic, and obviously ecstatic to have been chosen to change the circumstances, with fitness, wellbeing and the field of sports.

Determined single mother Charly, who wants to empower women in the gym ,Louis and young 27 year old man, championing both mental and physical health, TO Leonardo who wants to be a positive role model for those less fortunate than him, personal trainer Raluca who wants to push for autonomy, and gaining greater triumph in the gym, and Daryl, a young man who wants to prove and show others around him that the gym can be impactful, and indeed crucial in a vehicle for change.

Reebok ambassador Tyrone Brennand and his empowering mentor initiative will start and focus on themes such as  business acumen, finance management, the fitness industry and keeping motivated.

Pull into the mix, the classes will be supplemented with guest speakers, additional reading and offline sessions, which will in effect help to create a 360-learning experience for all of those chosen to take part as the scheme progresses.

This is an exciting time and clearly will motivate many people out there that want to benefit and enhance their lives. There is both the economic climate and Tyrone’s aspirations for change, and these are imperative reasons for launching this mentor initiative. Tyrone wants to help more people to be successful, in wellness, careers, businesses, and to also start their own business, get fitter, healthier, mentally and physically in the uk. And there is no doubt that Tyrone Brennand is the man to get this done.
