Every Year New Balance have the annual and Grey Day celebration of its cultural impact of their iconic grey colourway and the obviously to the shoes that made it so. There are three new signature New Balance trainers included in this collection, the XC-72, 57/40 and the 327, and all styles of the New Balance Grey Day 2022 come in grey variation colourways, staying with their adopted theme colour. These all in turn all meet the New Balance green leaf standard. The green leaf standard features 50% or more recycled content leather and in that it supports more responsible manufacturing.
The 574 was the most unlikeliest of trainer icons from New Balance, unassuming and unpretentious, it was a hybrid road and trail design. Now midsole foam uses approximately 3% bio-based content made from renewable sources to help reduce our carbon footprint. Encap midsole cushioning combines soft foam with durable polyurethane for all day support, and a rubber outsole with 5% recycled rubber.
