It’s no secret that I love football, especially Grimsby Town (Vanarama Play off Final Winners 2022), but what I also love is famous football moments beautifully embroidered onto the chest of t-shirts, so you can only imagine my glee when my girlfriend showed me Fourfourtee. I’ll allow the owner, Maxwell to welcome you to the brand.

Hi, I’m Maxwell, the founder of fourfourtee.

The idea of fourfourtee was born in February 2020. I was heading to a match in my favourite strip hoping to claim all 3 points. After the match, I also had dinner with my other half and the in-laws, so annoyingly, I had to go home and get changed. The 3 points were secured, but the hour and a half round trip back to mine and back out again had me wondering if it was worth it.

So I thought, I need a t-shirt that I can wear to a match, or down to the pub for Super Sunday, and also out to dinner, or a nightclub. And the idea of fourfourtee was born.

I started with a handful of designs, Gerrard, Di Canio and Henry to name a few. And quite soon after, I had friends telling me they wanted one. So, during lockdown, I spent some time putting a website together, and designing a few new t-shirts. Before I knew it, we were live.

We’ve now got over 70 different iconic moments available to buy on t-shirts and sweatshirts. So take a look around, and I hope you like what you see.

As lovely as its birth is, the end product is even better. Who doesn’t want to wear “The Dentist Chair” proudly on their chest, and it doesn’t stop there. The famous moment aren’t limited to top tier teams and World Cup Moments, they also focus on lower league teams so no one feels left out. Next time you feel like Maxwell and want a tee that you can wear to the football, the pub and most importantly, the in laws house, then cast your eye over fourfourtee.

There’s no reason your love for football should be restricted the Saturday afternoons.
