After the recent menswear collections on show at London, Milan and Paris, it’s good to see a classic, easily manageable hairstyle trend take the forefront. With many designers opting for slick back hair on the catwalks, us alongside Lynx wanted to show you how to achieve this hairstyle.
Working best with medium to long length hair, it’s an easy to achieve look and works with both formal and casual attire. You want to use a product which offers a shine finish, and we’ve opted for the Lynx Clean Cut Look wax.
1. The Cut
You want to keep it neat and tidy around the sides and back, and keep the length even on top.
2. Preparation
Wash the hair through thoroughly and brush the hair backwards. Blow drying is the most important thing here, you want to blow dry the hair backwards whilst brushing.
3. Product
Rub the product into your hand, and apply evenly through the hair. Using your fingers, run it through your hair backwards and tidy the sides and back. Opt for a shine wax. We used the Lynx Clean Cut defining wax (see below).
4. The End Result
A real classic look, which is neat and easy to manage.
